Caruso
One tenor pays tribute to another: Roberto Alagna journeys back in time to perform a selection of music recorded by the legendary tenor Enrico Caruso – the greatest of all time, in Alagna's estimation. Evoking the recordings of the early 20th century, the repertoire stretches from Handel to Caruso's contemporaries Cilea and Leoncavallo. Alagna is joined by singers Aleksandra Kurzak and Rafał Siwek, and the Orchestre national d'Île-de-France is conducted by Yvan Cassar.
