Antonín Dvořák: Rusalka

About this event
“Rusalka” is based on the Czech version of the classic fairy tale about a mermaid that falls in love with a human prince and wants nothing more than to become a human. In Dvořák’s opera, this story ends in tragedy and the “happily ever after” never happens.
