The Estonian conductor Paavo Järvi and the Estonian Festival Orchestra make their debut in this special "Nordic Night" at the BBC Proms 2018. The programme includes compositions by Jean Sibelius, Arvo Pärt and Edvard Grieg and the acclaimed Georgian pianist Khatia Buniatishvili plays one of the greatest romantic piano concertos of all time.
