Igor Stravinsky: The Rake’s Progress
About this event
This production marks Barbara Hannigan’s debut as an opera conductor and is a special “labor of love” for her since she has hand-picked the entire group of soloists in international auditions as part of her mentoring program “Equilibrium”. In this unique and refined semi-staged production, director Linus Fellbom invites the audience on a journey in time and space, from a distant future to the present day, and onto 18th century London.
